Amigos Museros, no se si habrán visto este gran documental realizado en el 2009.

Lo recomiendo 100%, muy completo de principio a fin... repasando sus inicios, sus discos, sus influencias y todo tipo de cosas.

Lamentablemente no está con subtitulos, pero vale la pena mirarlo.

Band beat Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian and more



Muse were crowned Best Band at the 2011 Shockwaves NME Awards tonight (February 23) – the second year in a row they've won the honour.

As their award was announced, frontman Matt Bellamy was chatting to fellow award winner Michael Eavis, whose Glastonbury festival the band headlined in 2010.

Paying tribute to the evening's Godlike Genius recipient, Muse drummer Dom Howard said on collecting the award: "I'd like to congratulate Dave Grohl, the busiest man in rock music."

"Isn't Michael Eavis the nicest guy in the world - he was giving me farming tips," added Matt Bellamy, referring to the pair's interrupted conversation.

The Devon trio beat fellow nominees Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Biffy Clyro and Foals to win the award, which is supported by Shockwaves.

The band first won the award in 2007. They took it home again at last year's ceremony, which like tonight's was held at the O2 Academy Brixton in London.

The Killers' Ronnie Vannucci and actress Jaime Winstone read out the nominations.

Muse are planning to begin work on a new album later this year, frontman Matt Bellamy has said.

The singer gave a video interview to NME, which you can watch by clicking above, after collecting the Best British Band trophy at the Shockwaves NME Awards last night (February 23).

Asked about a new album, Bellamy said he wants the band to start recording "later in the year", before revealing he's already played some new material to drummer Dom Howard.

He also said he wants Muse to gear up live action again later this year, stating that Moscow is on his list of preferred locations.

Bellamy was also named Hottest Man at the awards.

Bueno, la belleza es algo completamente subjetivo, ademas, convengamos que todas las bandas tienen sus groupies, solo que algunas son mas locas y grosas como las Museras

Muse To Make Next Album In London

Muse will make their next album in London.

The "Undisclosed Desires" rockers - Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard - are to regroup in the British capital where they will start work on their sixth album.

Frontman Matt said: "We've actually never made a full album in London, we've made bits here occasionally.


"Chris had always lived in Devon, but he's now moved to London so we have all decided to move here because I think it would be great for us all to be in the same city together, living."

The group has previously made records across various studios in the UK, in the US, and their last album "The Resistance" was recorded in Lake Como Italy, where Matt has a home.

The singer and guitarist - who typically writes all the group's songs - added he thinks living in the same city will help the group bond.

He added: "It would be nice to be based in the same place so we can go out and so we can make an album together and also socialise together at the same time.

"It also means we can make the album over a longer period of time without having to pressurise it all in to a three week studio session, you can spread it out."

Muse were named Best British Band at this week's NME Awards in London.

Lo que esta en negrita es lo que me parecía mas importante de la noticia, pero están buenas las palabras de Matthew, muy buenas noticias, para 2012 seguro estamos escuchando el nuevo CD de Muse.
